• Venues Team Leaders

• Venues Assistants

Frequently asked questions:

How will the recruitment process work?

For the venues roles, if you are shortlisted. You will be invited to an assessment centre and interview on the same day either on the 12th or 13th of May at Regents Campus. For the retail roles if shortlisted for an interview you will be invited to book a slot on the 14th or 15th of May at Marylebone Campus.

What do I bring with me to the assessment days/interviews?

Please bring proof of your right to work, either a British passport or a share code, to the assessment centre/interview. If you are unsuccessful at this stage, your data will be removed from our systems.

What happens if I can’t attend the assessment centre for venues roles?

Unfortunately, we need you to attend the assessment centre to be able to assess your basic skills for this role. This is not possible online and at present we aren’t able to accommodate other date. If we don’t recruit a full team during this period, it may be possible that we will go out to recruit later, but no promises!

What happens if I can’t attend the training dates?

Training will be on 8th-10th September 2025. This training week is not flexible. Please only apply if you can make these dates in person.

I’m interested in a role I saw last year, but I don’t want to miss out on potential job opportunities by not completing this application. What should I do?

Please only apply for one part-time staff role that aligns with your skills and interests. Our team is trained to identify your strengths during the process. If we believe you’re a great fit for our part-time staff team but in a different role, we will reach out to you. There's no need to apply for multiple roles as this won't increase your chances of selection. At this time, we’re unable to confirm what the upcoming roles will be as we are implementing a new process for role selection. However, there will be more part-time jobs coming up.
